With its modern town plan and charming character, Kaparelliis reasonably considered one of the prettiest villages of the wider region. It is built at an altitude of 320 meters.

At the centre of the village there is the square, where stands the Holy Church of Aghios Panteleimon, of Byzantine style, a jewel of the Boeotian land. He is the patron saint of the village in whose honour a fair is held on July 27th with traditional music and a crowds of people. Its construction dates back to the Frankish period (1204-1460).

The lush green, well-landscaped square is surrounded by lovely hangouts for the young and traditional taverns. There visitors can enjoy local hospitality and services.
